What
do you feel is your greatest accomplishment
so far in life?
By
God's Grace, He has enabled me to live with
and through tragedy, unbearable heartaches,
and gigantic failures with the appearance of
a man without a problem: the happiest man in
town.
"He that finds his life will lose it but
he that loses his life for My sake will find
it."
What
motivates you more than any other thing?
The
love of God in Christ, His forgiveness and assurance;
seeing this grace working on and in others.
What
advice would you give someone just starting
toward their quest in life?
Read
biographies and autobiographies of Christian
servants. Study, memorize, and share scripture.
(Romans 10:17)
Who
are your heroes?
I
have at least 100, but these are a few near
the top:
My father, the Apostle Paul, Robert E. Lee,
Abraham Lincoln, Oswald Chambers, Charles Spurgeon,
George Mueller, Jim Rudisil, Willard Nelson,
Winston Churchill.
What
is your personal Mission Statement?
I'd
love to write a mission statement but when I
attempt to write one, I realize it would have
to be a book, so I think I will borrow the words
of the Apostle Paul who expressed my mission
statement the best: I determine to know nothing
but Christ and Him crucified. My ambition is
to know Him and the power of His resurrection.
My desire is to be learning to be thankful in
everything for this is His will concerning me.
My goal is to be all things to all men that
I might win some. (Acts 20:24)
What
do you want your epitaph to be?
"A
Believer in Jesus" "I'm not what I
think I am; I'm not what I hoped I'd be; Nor
am I what I ought to be. But, by the Grace of
God, I'm not what I was. I once was lost but
now am found; was blind, but now I see."
(Galatians 2:20)
