Mark Sanborn

Mark Sanborn, CSP, CPAE is known internationally as "the high content speaker who motivates." He presents 90-100 programs every year on leadership, team building, customer service and mastering change. He is president of Sanborn & Associates, Inc., an idea lab dedicated to developing leaders in business and in life.

Mark has just published The Fred Factor, an inspirational story of customer service. Fred not only goes way beyond the call of duty. He seems to be surprised that anyone would notice his efforts, or considering giving less that 100%.
